Simply put, our mission is to Teach, Heal, Discover, and Serve. Veterinarians throughout the Midwest refer animal clients to the Veterinary Health Center for specialized diagnoses and treatment. With sophisticated therapeutic equipment that includes an underwater treadmill, advanced imaging techniques, and groundbreaking equine lameness diagnostic equipment, we are a center for animal healthcare. We are seeking candidates for a new position on our Client Services Team. The Customer Service Liaison will provide essential front-line support to clients and patients by combining responsibilities of a Client Account & Payment Representative (Cashier) and a Front Desk Receptionist. This is integral to facilitating emergency patient admissions and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout each client's visit. This position will support both desks in a floating capacity, providing coverage and service wherever needed at the time. Key responsibilities include:
Shift
This is a full-time, 40-hour week position. Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00 a to 4:00p. Minimum Qualifications

Anticipated Hiring Range
