Tobii Dynavox
May 07, 2026

Why Join Us?

We're on a mission to empower people with disabilities to do what they once did or never thought possible. As the world-leader in assistive communication solutions, we empower our customers to express themselves, connect with the world, and live richer lives.

At Tobii Dynavox, you can grow your career within a dynamic, global company that has a clear, impactful purpose - with the flexibility to also do what truly matters to you outside of work. What's more, you'll be part of a work culture where collaboration is the norm and individuality is welcomed.

As a member of our team, you'll have the power to grow ideas in an unconventional environment. At the same time, you'll work in a culture of ongoing learning and development, allowing you to constantly expand your area of expertise.

About the role

As a People Business Partner (PBP), you'll turn people, culture, and leadership into real business results by partnering with leaders to drive growth, transformation and unlock potential. You'll deliver scalable, efficient people solutions that help the organization adapt quickly to industry disruption. You'll strengthen HR Business Support for internal stakeholders with well-enough knowledge in compliance to know how to assess and take calculated risks. You are willing to challenge old truths, and build in compliance as a business enabler, rather than becoming an HR constabulary.

Overall responsibilities

  • Act as strategic business partner to senior leaders, translating business priorities into people and organization outcomes that drive growth and performance combining internal insights with external trends to anticipate needs and transformation actions.

  • Build organizational strength through proactive workforce planning, organizational development, talent development, and leadership capability. Use people-data and insights to guide decisions and measure what matters, from engagement and performance to organizational health. As we grow fast and operate in constant change, you will help foster practical adaptation capabilities across leaders and teams.

  • Coach and challenge leaders to create clarity, accountability, and drive change and impact through their teams.

  • Ensure that our ways of working, policies, and practices enable performance, fairness, and compliance in line with our values and business goals. Help leaders connect culture to performance to keep us moving fast and growing strong.

Ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience in global HR roles, partnering multiple countries, driving global projects and building scalable and efficient business-oriented solutions.

  • Good understanding in labor law and compliance. Knowledge of organizational psychology is preferred.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with ability to build trust and stay composed and solution-oriented in challenging situations.

  • Experience in assessing risk and compliance and providing guidance to stakeholders

  • Understanding the relation between industry disruption and business adaptation and being able to drive transformation.

  • Strong storytelling, negotiation and communication with ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

  • Coaching and facilitating skills to develop our team members and managers.

  • Demonstrated organization, planning, delegation and prioritization skills to support and manage effective projects.

  • Fluency in French and/or German is considered a merit

Please Note: This is a full-time role in our Pittsburgh office with flexible hours. We offer flexibility in remote work but you are expected to work from our office the majority of the time. This role also includes occasional (10%) international travel, which would be communicated weeks in advance.
