You are the lead architect of the candidate facing employer brand, responsible for translating technical and pedagogical breakthroughs into a compelling narrative that attracts high-caliber passive talent. You ensure that Amplify is positioned as a digital powerhouse where work impacts millions, managing the end-to-end storytelling roadmap and full-funnel marketing and outreach strategy.
