Join a leading enterprise at the forefront of its industry, where innovation and customer satisfaction drive every decision. As an Aquent talent, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how this organization connects with its audience, directly influencing the efficiency and impact of its marketing initiatives. Your expertise will empower creative teams, streamline critical workflows, and ensure the timely delivery of engaging content that resonates with millions.

Are you a highly organized and proactive project management expert ready to dive into a fast-paced, creative environment? We are seeking a dynamic leader to join a Marketing Planning & Operations team within a vibrant creative production environment. This is an exciting opportunity to orchestrate the end-to-end development of diverse marketing deliverables, from agile-style sprints to integrated campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will be instrumental in making the "machine run better," bringing structure, clarity, and strong relationships to complex creative processes.

**What You'll Do**

* Own the complete workflow for agile sprints, adeptly managing two concurrent sprint bundles (10-15 projects each) with new bundles launching weekly.

* Balance priorities across workstreams by managing ad hoc design projects and smaller campaigns with 4-6 week turnarounds.

* Collaborate closely with Marketing partners, Program Managers, Creative Directors, and Studio teams to confirm project scope, budget, and dependencies.

* Support the intake process by reviewing briefs for completeness, validating feasibility against sprint capacity, and raising necessary questions.

* Build and maintain project schedules in the system of record, ensuring regular status updates and dependency management for all stakeholders.

* Coordinate review cycles and approvals within established service level agreements (SLAs), consolidating feedback and meeting deadlines.

* Proactively identify potential risks, escalate issues appropriately, and collaborate with partners to resolve blockers and keep projects on track.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data, providing essential reporting and visibility across the team.

* Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational problem-solving, proposing enhancements like point systems, dedicated meetings, and workflow streamlining to boost efficiency.

* Cultivate strong relationships with dedicated business unit stakeholder groups (up to 20 partners per unit) as well as Creative Directors and their teams.

**What You'll Need**

**Must-Haves**

* 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, creative agency, or production project management.

* Strong core project management skills, including the ability to quickly scope projects, manage timelines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders with limited onboarding.

* Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced workloads with multiple concurrent projects (agency experience is highly preferred).

* Experience managing cross-functional campaigns and deliverables involving multiple static asset types.

* Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.

* A confident problem-solver who identifies issues, proposes solutions, and works through challenges independently, bringing ideas, not just problems.

* Comfort navigating ambiguity, adapting to shifting priorities, and flexing into new types of work as the team evolves.

* Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.

**Nice-to-Haves**

* An operational mindset, with experience improving workflows, building processes, or optimizing team efficiency beyond day-to-day project execution.

* Familiarity with agile or sprint-based workflows.

* Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Jira, Asana, Monday, or similar platforms (tool training is provided).

* Background in creative production workflows, including static, digital, and social content.

* Video production experience (not required for day-to-day but valued as a flex capability).

* An interest in growing into a strategic project management role focused on driving scalable solutions.
