Alcon is looking to hire an Associate I, Supply Chain Planning - Lifecycle to provide daytoday support for labeling lifecycle projects, including new product launches, labeling changes, and product transfers. This role supports execution activities that help ensure labeling is accurate, compliant, and available to support timely supply. The Associate will collaborate with crossfunctional partners across master data, commercial, S&OP, and artwork teams to track tasks, follow up on action items, and support milestone reporting. Working closely with the GSC Lifecycle Specialists and Managers, this role also supports cutover planning activities by gathering information, maintaining timelines, and assisting with coordination of implementation dates with affiliates and manufacturing sites, in alignment with the broader project plan.

A typical day would include:

  • Supporting assigned execution tasks for labeling lifecycle projects, such as launches, updates, and transfers, to help ensure compliant, accurate, and ontime supply.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders across functions including master data, commercial, S&OP, and artwork to align expectations, track deliverables, follow up on open actions, and assist with milestone updates.
  • Partnering with GSC Lifecycle Specialists and Managers to support cutover planning activities, including documenting timelines, collecting inputs, and helping coordinate implementation dates with affiliates and manufacturing sites in accordance with overall project and program plans.

What You'll Bring to Alcon:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; Assoc.+4 yrs)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
