The Opportunity

The web team is looking for an SEO Manager, Brand Visibility for Adobe's Enterprise business, which is one of the leading B2B offerings globally. Become an integral part of a team that focuses on making Business.adobe.com a world class experience for all site visitors - from consumers to enterprise customers, to partners and investors - across the entire customer journey!

We seek an experienced search expert with B2B marketing experience. They must understand search engines and newer agentic search surfaces (LLMs). The goal is to connect customers and prospects to Adobe's enterprise products and solutions.

This individual is goal-oriented by nature, passionate about search and can easily wield data to inform strategy. They partner with seasoned SEOs and marketing experts, while mastering cross-team collaboration and interlocks to address and meet business goals. This individual is responsible for defining key opportunities, based on data, and working alongside our Analytics, Product and Content teams to develop innovative experiences, optimizing for both SEO & GEO.

As part of our team, you'll play a key role in crafting GEO-led content strategies for Adobe-owned web properties that align with customer intent, search and industry trends, and Adobe's broader marketing goals. You will collaborate with marketing teams and ensure the strategies align to the team and business big bets.

What you'll Do
  • Use data, customer and competitive insights, and standard methodologies to find opportunities for to drive GEO strategy across web and marketing teams.
  • We partner with analytics & insights teams to research search intent and demand, using tools like Semrush, Google Search Console, LLM Optimizer.
  • Collaborate with SEO partners and marketing teams to optimize existing and lead the creation of new content. Align customer needs with GEO/search standard methodologies - driving increase in citations and brand visibility.
  • Analyze GEO performance, identifying key trends, reporting on impact, and spotting opportunities to scale initiatives.
  • We stay ahead of LLM-powered search evolution and new advancements in marketplace around tools, technical set up and emerging opportunities.
  • Develop roadmap and adjust processes for integrating GEO priorities. Prioritize work against roadmap.
  • Good understanding of business and product strategy as we present and influence decision making at senior leadership levels.
What you need to succeed
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred or BA/BS with minimum of 3 years in digital marketing or equivalent business experience
  • Ideally 6-8 years of SEO experience; minimum 3 years working on enterprise scale websites
  • Understanding of B2B e-commerce strategy, marketing tactics and sales process.
  • Proficiency in on-page SEO, including keyword optimization, structured content, and user-focused search experiences. Experience with GEO in conjunction with SEO.
  • Analytical orientation. Excellent at both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Strong ability to frame issues, drive analyses, and make clear, impactful recommendations.
  • Attention to detail with strong project management capabilities. Capable of prioritizing multiple ad hoc requests and balancing as needed.
  • Ability to easily move between high-level strategy to day-to-day implementation.
  • A creative mind that loves to problem solve and isn't afraid to propose an out of the box solution!
  • Experience with enterprise websites, terminology, and work environments is highly preferred.
  • Ability to articulate ideas in SEO/GEO content documentation, writing detailed POV documents, decks and more. Familiarity with JIRA and Workfront is a plus.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work independently and within a team.
  • Familiarity with popular SEO industry tools and resources including Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and Semrush to glean valuable insights and findings from data.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $80,700 -- $151,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $104,400 - $151,200

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
