This role offers a unique chance to become an integral part of a high-impact team, supporting dynamic managers and driving excellence in expense, travel, and calendar management. You will contribute to a variety of complex administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a culture of collaboration and trust across all levels of the organization.

**What You'll Do:**

* Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for leaders, ensuring adherence to company travel and expense policies.

* Prepare, submit, and meticulously track expense reports, proactively resolving any issues and ensuring timely approvals.

* Act as a primary resource for travel policy guidance, corporate card usage, and reimbursement processes.

* Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless event experiences.

* Provide essential backup support to the local administrative team as needed.

* Cultivate strong relationships with executive-level and administrative staff, promoting a collaborative and trusting environment.

* Demonstrate exceptional aptitude for complex calendar management, anticipating scheduling needs, resolving conflicts, and optimizing leaders' time.

* Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining robust records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.

* Prepare and finalize various documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements.

* Efficiently file and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.

* Analyze incoming communications and reports to determine their significance and facilitate appropriate distribution.

* Prepare agendas and coordinate arrangements for committee, board, and other important meetings.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or GED.

* 5-7 years of administrative experience.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

* Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Demonstrated ability to keep information organized and confidential.

* Proficiency in standard office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications.

* Sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience working directly with executives.

* Basic mentoring skills to provide support and constructive performance feedback.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
