Overview Veeco is seeking a passionate, hands-on Technical Instructor who is energized by building world-class manufacturing training programs and empowering technical teams to do their best work safely, accurately, and confidently. This role is critical to strengthening our learning ecosystem across manufacturing, systems, and product training, particularly within advanced semiconductor equipment and processes. The ideal candidate is both a technical expert and a learning professional. Someone who loves translating complex systems into clear, engaging training, enjoys partnering with engineers and SMEs, and thrives in environments where training maturity is evolving. You will play a key role in closing training gaps, modernizing curriculum, and supporting career development for manufacturing employees. Responsibilities Develop technical training materials for internal audiences; plan and schedule training sessions; deliver in person and remote instruction; and reinforce correct execution of released manufacturing and system procedures.
Qualifications 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree. Technical background in the semiconductor or technical manufacturing field. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
