General Purpose: Under general supervision, perform a variety of business support activities for the El Dorado Springs facility, typically of an administrative nature. Serves as the primary receptionist for the facility, coordinating activities for guests and incoming calls. Perform office/facility duties such as customer service, mail service, shipping, inventory management, general reporting, accounts receivables/payables, payroll and human resources support, and general operations support. Play a key role in keeping the office/facility running smoothly by managing relationships with office services, supply vendors, and leadership and by maintaining stocks of supplies. Respond to the needs of internal and external customers in accordance with standard procedures. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls to the plant
- Greet visitors to the facility and direct them to appropriate personnel
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail to plant staff
- Monitor performance and authorize payment to office services and supply vendors including providers of coffee, supplies, copier servicing and billing, cleaning, first aid, and other various office vendors
- Maintain orderly and well-stocked break and conference areas; inventory, order/purchase, and put away supplies
- Gather, match with purchase orders, and process invoices for payment as the main accounts payable point person for the facility and answer plant AP questions that arise
- Serve as the primary payroll coordinator
- Process (check-in) paychecks and distribution of employee checks
- Complete scheduled and ad-hoc reports (downtime reports, safety reports, HR reports)
- Assist with or serve as a records coordinator in the records retention process
- Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
- Exhibit the values and ethics of Dairy Farmers of America through honesty, discretion, and sound judgment
- Adhere to all DFA Quality, Safety and GMP policies and procedures and report any nonconformity
- Attend required training, including but not limited to, Safety, GMP, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), and Safe Quality Foods (SQF)

Minimum Requirements: Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years office, administrative, or related experience
- Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment

- Proficiency and skill with Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems
- Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail
