The Inventory Control Assoc II is responsible for accurately receiving all deliveries into the Westrock Collins facility. This position reports to the Inventory Supervisor and Inventory Specialist.
Job Duties: * Receives deliveries daily. * Performs truck inspection before accepting the load. * Verifies product and quantity received matches bill of lading (BOL) and delivery schedule to ensure proper invoicing. * Operate a forklift in a safe and proficient manner. * Partners with Quality Assurance team on the collection of green coffee samples for testing which includes moisture and temperature. * Communicates with Roasting and Grinding/QA team with staging of green coffee deliveries. * When applicable properly receive products against PO's and upload documents to NetSuite, notifying relevant parties/individuals of parcels. * Accurately receives transfer orders from other Westrock locations. * Operates a powered lift truck to perform job duties. * Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Perform all duties and actions in a safe manner and continuously monitor areas to ensure that safety procedures are being followed. * Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, safety and GMP requirements * Perform other duties as assigned by management. | |
