Quality Control Specialist

Job Title: Quality Control Specialist / Specialist Corporate Quality
Location: Lewisville, TX (Onsite first 90 days, then hybrid potential)
Pay Range: $34-$38/hr
Type: Temp-to-Hire (75K-80K conversion)

Job Summary:

Contributes to ensuring that suppliers of outsourced products, materials, and services meet regulatory and global quality requirements. Responsible for supplier audits, corrective actions, and quality system compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct supplier audits (cosmetics, OTC, dietary supplements)
• Manage supplier corrective action plans (CAPA)
• Maintain supplier data and audit records
• Support quality agreements and compliance initiatives
• Participate in new product development quality reviews
• Support internal and external audits (FDA, etc.)
• Collaborate globally with supplier quality teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (STEM or related field)
• 5+ years in Quality/Engineering/Manufacturing (GMP environment)
• 3+ years audit experience
• ASQ Certification (CQA, CQE, CPGP, CFSQA) required
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, ICH, 21 CFR regulations
