JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Talent Partner, US based, who is adaptable, collaborative, and delivery focused to join us in our journey to build our UCB's new state of the art biologics manufacturing facility. This is a hybrid position based in our Atlanta, GA office. About the role UCB is building, a large scale, multi year biologics manufacturing program in the United States. As Talent Partner, you will support a complex program environment that is still taking shape, rather than a fixed organization. You will enable effective people practices across evolving teams, balancing speed, governance, and employee experience while helping build the foundations for a future manufacturing site. Who you'll work with You will work closely with the Talent & Engagement Workstream Lead of the program and partner across local and global HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compensation, and Learning. You will also collaborate with program leaders, project based teams, contractors, and external stakeholders in a fast moving, matrix environment across Europe and US. This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $148,000-194,300. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
