Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Talent Partner, US based, who is adaptable, collaborative, and delivery focused to join us in our journey to build our UCB's new state of the art biologics manufacturing facility. This is a hybrid position based in our Atlanta, GA office.

About the role

UCB is building, a large scale, multi year biologics manufacturing program in the United States. As Talent Partner, you will support a complex program environment that is still taking shape, rather than a fixed organization. You will enable effective people practices across evolving teams, balancing speed, governance, and employee experience while helping build the foundations for a future manufacturing site.

Who you'll work with

You will work closely with the Talent & Engagement Workstream Lead of the program and partner across local and global HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compensation, and Learning. You will also collaborate with program leaders, project based teams, contractors, and external stakeholders in a fast moving, matrix environment across Europe and US. You will report to the Talent Partner Lead Patient Supply, Europe based.

What you'll do

  • Act as primary HR integrator for the program in the U.S.
  • Coordinate HR activities across dynamic temporary, project based teams
  • Support the Talent & Engagement Workstream Lead with insights, delivery, and issue escalation
  • Adapt HR frameworks for a fast paced greenfield program environment and for future site readiness related to workforce, capability build and compliance.
  • Deliver and coordinate onboarding and early employee experience

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • 10+ years' experience in HR partnering or complex change environments
  • Experience supporting programs, transformations, or organizational scaleups
  • Strong stakeholder management within matrix and cross functional and cross cultural settings
  • Ability to operate hands on in ambiguous and evolving environments
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments

Strong plus:

  • Experience in site buildouts or greenfield projects
  • Demonstrated capability adapting HR frameworks to new contexts
  • Strong influencing skills without direct authority
  • Experience balancing governance, pace, and employee experience
  • Experiences across Europe and US
  • French speaking (plus but not a requirement)

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $148,000-194,300. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
