You will regularly engage with members of the Senior Leadership Team, including preparing materials for quarterly earnings and investor conferences, supporting speaker preparation, and developing insights that inform enterprise communications.

You will also help advance our engagement with ESG-focused investors, lead peer insights efforts, and coach and develop a direct report from the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP).

This role offers a unique opportunity to build capabilities that are foundational for future finance leaders, including strategic communication, external orientation, financial acumen, enterprise thinking, influence, and cross-functional partnership. It also provides broad exposure to the business, meaningful senior leadership interaction, and the chance to see the company through the lens of the investment community.

  • Bring an objective, externally informed perspective to internal business partners by synthesizing market inputs, investor feedback, peer insights, and consensus trends into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with Global Impact leadership to advance the company's ESG investor engagement strategy and execution.
  • Lead peer insights work to strengthen external perspective and competitive awareness across the enterprise.
  • Develop analytics including consensus estimate comparisons, prospective investor targeting, shareholder base analysis, and market and investor trend reporting.
  • Prepare Board of Directors and senior leadership reporting on market trends, investor sentiment, industry dynamics, and shareholder priorities.
  • Partner with internal teams and functions to deepen understanding of shareholder value creation, external expectations, and investor perspectives.
  • Monitor developments across the market, peer set, and investor landscape to proactively identify themes, risks, and opportunities relevant to enterprise communications and strategy.
