Overview

The Enterprise AI & Insights Associate plays a key role in advancing Highgate's enterprise-wide data and AI agenda. This position is designed for high-potential talent eager to apply advanced analytics, emerging AI technologies, and structured problem-solving to real business challenges across a dynamic hospitality portfolio. Working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, the Associate will help translate complex, often ambiguous business questions into actionable insights and scalable solutions. This role provides exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and high-impact initiatives spanning hotel operations, commercial strategy, finance, and corporate functions.

This is both a hands-on execution role and a developmental opportunity, intended to build future leaders who can leverage AI and data to drive meaningful business outcomes.



Responsibilities

    Support the execution of enterprise-level AI, data, and advanced analytics initiatives that drive operational efficiency, revenue optimization, and strategic decision-making across Highgate's portfolio
  • Translate ambiguous or loosely defined business problems into structured analyses, leveraging data modeling, statistical techniques, and AI-enabled tools to generate insights and solutions
  • Develop and deploy prototypes, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that enable teams to test hypotheses, improve workflows, and scale best practices
  • Partner cross-functionally with senior leaders, hotel operators, and corporate stakeholders to understand business needs, validate assumptions, and refine solutions through iterative feedback
  • Synthesize complex findings into clear, executive-ready deliverables, including presentations, visualizations, and written summaries that highlight insights, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations
  • Contribute to building internal capabilities by identifying opportunities to integrate AI into workflows, automate processes, and enhance decision-making frameworks
  • Participate in a structured development program designed to assess performance, accelerate learning, and prepare for future full-time opportunities within Highgate


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Specialized certificate, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
  • Demonstrated experience through internships, academic projects, or research involving data analysis, business intelligence, AI tools, or strategic problem-solving
  • Strong interest in applied AI, enterprise analytics, and leveraging data to improve operational and commercial performance
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into structured approaches
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and development of analytical or AI-driven solutions
  • Familiarity with modern AI tools and development environments (e.g., Claude Code) for rapid prototyping, prompt engineering, and workflow optimization
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to effectively communicate insights
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability
  • Must be available to work on-site at a Highgate corporate office location
