From your PASSION to ours Lactalis U.S Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring an Manager, Environmental, Health, & Safety based in Brattleboro, VT. The Manager, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) develops, implements, and oversees safety and environmental programs to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace in accordance with OSHA and other Federal, State, and local regulations. This role evaluates work environments, identifies hazards, and designs solutions to prevent injury, illness, environmental impact, and asset loss. Responsibilities include planning and enforcing safety and environmental programs, conducting inspections, managing risk and regulatory compliance, and supporting activities such as pollution control, wastewater treatment, site remediation, and loss prevention. The role promotes safety awareness, reduces risk exposure, and drives continuous improvement in safety performance across the organization. The position reports directly to the Plant Director.
