Practice Coordinator

Job Title: Practice Coordinator

Location(s): San Francisco, CA

Position Overview:
This role requires a highly reliable and self-sufficient candidate with a strong attendance record. The position is based at an offsite satellite clinic where the individual will serve as the sole front desk representative, with no backup support.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• No weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients.
• Handle patient registration and scheduling.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk and waiting area.
• Deliver a high-quality patient experience.
• Coordinate effectively with Physical Therapy (PT) and Lab teams.

Workload:

• Physical Therapy: ~30 patients per day.
• Lab: ~90-100 patients per day.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years in administrative and/or customer service roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• APeX (Epic) training strongly preferred.

Additional Details:

• Candidate will remain at a single location throughout the assignment.
• Potential for conversion to a permanent role, subject to organizational approval.
