Schedule

Permanent 2nd Shift

5:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Continental Schedule

* Work 2 days
* Off 2 days
* Work 3 days
* Then the schedule reverses the following week

You'll work 48 hours one week and 36 hours the next, providing built-in overtime while still enjoying regular days off.

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you'll help produce high-quality automotive components while working in a safe, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

* Operate advanced laser welding equipment
* Load and unload materials using forklifts and overhead cranes
* Set up equipment for production runs and product changeovers
* Monitor equipment and perform basic troubleshooting
* Perform quality inspections using measuring devices
* Move materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility
* Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Work with your team to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are dependable, motivated, and ready to build a long-term career.

Qualified candidates will have:

* At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, or material handling experience
* A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
* Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
* Commitment to safety and quality
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to read measuring devices and perform basic math
* Forklift and/or overhead crane experience is preferred
* High school diploma or GED
