In the near term, this role will play a critical part in leading our IT General Controls (ITGC) program-ensuring audit readiness, managing cross-functional testing cycles, and strengthening operational rigor across the organization. In parallel, you'll drive strategic technical and business initiatives that span across our financial systems and enable scalability for our growing company. This role sits within Global Business Operations and reports directly to the Senior Director, offering strong visibility and influence. Over time, this position is expected to transition into the Project Management Office (PMO), making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a broader program leadership role. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: $96,000 and $144,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
