We're looking for a brand manager to help champion and steward Relativity's global brand portfolio. Reporting into the brand team within Marketing, this role will play a key part in translating brand strategy into consistent, high-impact execution across campaigns, products, communications, and experiences.

This is a manager-level role with two direct reports, responsible for both hands-on brand leadership and people management. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to shape how our customers, partners, team members, and the broader legal data intelligence industry understand our brand.

Job Description and Requirements

Your role in action

  • Translates brand strategy, decisions, and updates into clear guidance, frameworks, and tools to enable internal teams and partners at scale.

  • Manages a high-performing team of brand specialists, setting clear priorities, providing feedback, and supporting career growth.

  • Plans and oversees brand campaign and program implementation, including creative direction, content development, and channel mix (digital, events, social, PR, and partner marketing), ensuring timely completion of all deliverables. Analyzes the brand impact of campaigns and initiatives, and shares insights with stakeholders.

  • Manages brand tracking research to monitor brand awareness, perception, and sentiment over time.

  • Helps evolve brand positioning and messaging in response to company strategy, market dynamics, and customer insights, using data and qualitative feedback to inform brand decisions and improvements.

  • Works with brand and product teams to determine appropriate branding decisions based on established brand strategy, brand architecture, and naming processes.

  • Owns and maintains brand guidelines and asset libraries in our digital asset management system in partnership with creative leadership. Ensures scalable compliance and application of our brand voice, visual identity, and story across all assets.

  • Manages relationships with creative agencies, vendors, and production partners, as needed.

  • Considers the role of AI in supporting the consistency, efficiency, and accuracy of brand elements everywhere they're applied.

Your skills

  • 5 -10+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years of brand management or strategy experience within an advertising or branding agency, consulting firm, or client-side-preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.

  • Prior people management experience, including coaching and performance development.

  • Experience developing and managing brand positioning, architecture, voice, and identity elements and communicating these to internal and external teams to drive consistency and strengthen brand equity.

  • Experience creating and implementing multi-channel campaigns and programs with a proven track record of results and managing budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality work efficiently.

  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative customer research and data-driven insights to support branding decisions.

  • Clear, confident communicator with strong writing and storytelling skills.

  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$118,000 and $178,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
