Administrative Support Coordinator

Purpose of Job

This Administrative Support Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of Experiential Learning Programs and various projects as directed by the Senior Executive Assistant. This role also provides administrative support duties to the Critical Access Hospital (CAH) locations.

Job Functions


  1. Facilitate an efficient, compliant, and productive Educational Experience Program.
  2. Manages content on related team sites (internal RidgeNet).
  3. Contract Coordinator for Affiliation Agreements.
  4. Provides administrative support for meetings and composes routine correspondence.
  5. Maintains confidentiality of information.
  6. Provides professional and courteous customer service to internal and external customers.
  7. Answers, screens, and resolves phone calls.
  8. Coordinates administration staff calendars, meeting preparation, and records minutes.
  9. Travels to multiple Ridgeview locations to complete tasks, projects, and functions as needed.
  10. Supports Community Relations staff and acts as community liaison for Ridgeview.
  11. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education/Work Experience


  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 2+ years of working as an Administrative Assistant or related experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities



  • Ability to meet and maintain the necessary background checks as aligned with position functions


  • Ability to communicate clearly in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence to complete job functions as mentioned above.

  • Capable to making independent decisions with the use of good critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of making independent decision with the use of goof critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High level of organization and coordination skills
  • Ability to multi-task and reprioritize timelines accordingly
  • High level of computer function knowledge and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with a wide range of customers.

Preferred Qualifications



  • Post-secondary education in a related field

  • Experience in a healthcare setting
