We're hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to support critical production and operational equipment in a ductile iron pipe manufacturing environment. If you enjoy troubleshooting, rebuilding equipment, and working with complex mechanical systems, this is the role for you. This is a third shift role with the hours Monday-Friday 10pm-6:30am. Why You'll Want This Job Competitive hourly pay with offshift premium Signon bonus for qualified external candidates Stable, longterm role in an aerospace industrial environment Strong benefits package including medical, 401(k), paid time off, and holidays Handson mechanical work with largescale industrial equipment Teamoriented environment with opportunities to apply a wide range of skills Work that directly supports efficient and safe production What You'll Do** Coordinate and perform maintenance on production and operational equipment * Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system malfunctions * Rebuild and repair equipment throughout the plant to maintain reliability * Read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures * Dismantle, move, align, assemble, and install machinery and equipment * Construct machine foundations and properly secure equipment * Assemble and install shafting, conveyors, rails, and related components * Bolt, weld, rivet, or otherwise fasten equipment to foundations or structures * Follow all safety rules, policies, and work directives at all times What You Bring High school diploma or GED * 3-5 years of maintenance/millwright experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience * Strong understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics * Ability to read and work from schematics and drawings * Proven mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills * Ability to work professionally and effectively with all levels of personnel * Selfmotivated, dependable, and safetyfocused approach to work Ready to Take the Next Step? The range of pay for this role is $23 to $35 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. This role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
