Responsible for processing and managing member enrollments in QNXT, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements. Experience with QNXT and prior member enrollment operations within a health plan environment is highly preferred. Essential Functions -Process new member enrollments, ensuring all required documents are accurately completed and submitted. -Accurately enter member enrollment data into the enrollment system or database. -Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all member enrollment activities and communications. -Respond to member inquiries and concerns regarding the enrollment process, benefits, and coverage. -Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures related to member enrollment. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as customer service, claims, and finance, to ensure a seamless member enrollment experience. -Assist in training and mentoring new Member Enrollment Representatives, providing guidance on enrollment procedures and best practices.
