Senior Executive Assistant to the EVP for Health Affairs - R0082370 At UVA Health, this is more than executive support. It is a high-visibility role at the center of the EVP for Health Affairs office, where precision, judgment, and proactive coordination help keep the health system's highest-level leaders moving effectively every day. This position is designed for a polished, highly organized professional who can bring structure to a fast-moving executive environment, confidently coordinate with senior stakeholders, and help the office operate with consistency, discretion, and forward momentum. The Role As the Senior Executive Assistant to the EVP for Health Affairs, you will help lead the day-to-day operations of the executive office in an onsite environment that values professionalism, sound judgment, responsiveness, and collaboration. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in complexity, anticipates needs before they surface, and can influence across senior stakeholders without direct authority. The role is less project-focused and more deeply centered on keeping the executive office running smoothly through exceptional coordination, prioritization, and follow-through.
