As a Coordinator, you aren't just "managing tasks"-you are the central point of contact ensuring high-stakes equipment and services reach our Federal customers smoothly and efficiently. Job Description

In this role, you will act as a project manager, problem-solver, and relationship builder. This is a perfect entry point for a motivated individual looking to understand the intersection of sales, logistics, and government business.This is more than a job; it's a foundation. You will gain a deep understanding of Federal Sales, Supply Chain Logistics, and Project Management-a toolkit that will make you a powerhouse in any career path you choose!

Responsibilities:

  • Order Tracking: You'll manage the daily flow of orders for equipment and services, making sure every detail is entered correctly.

  • Solve Problems in Real-Time: Proactively identify roadblocks in the fulfillment process and collaborate with various departments to clear them

  • Being the "Go-To" Person: You will be a contact for sales reps. When they have a question about where an order is or how to fix a mistake, they come to you. You won't just be a name in an email; you'll be a trusted partner and a valued resource for your team.

  • Improving the Process to Drive Efficiency: If you notice a specific step in the office work is slow or confusing, you'll help us find a better, faster way to do it.

  • Customer Service: You'll help explain our rules and processes to customers and partners so they know exactly what to expect.

Qualifications:

  • A Great Communicator: You have exceptional interpersonal skills and can translate complex info into clear, professional updates (verbal and written).

  • Tech Literate: You're comfortable using a computer, specifically Google Drive (Docs/Sheets) and Windows.

  • A Team Player: You stay positive even when things get busy, and you enjoy helping your teammates succeed.

  • A "can-do" attitude and the confidence to take ownership of your projects from Day 1.

  • You're comfortable with changing technologies and fast-moving environments

Location/Travel:

  • Preferred candidates will live in Maryland

  • Must be willing to be 100% onsite, Monday - Friday
