What You'll Do

SourceAmerica is seeking Senior Compliance Manager to join the AbilityOne Program team. This role will be responsible for leading the analysis, validation, and reporting of workforce and compliance data supporting AbilityOne Program oversight. This role applies advanced data analytics, systems-based review, and professional judgment to ensure data accuracy, identify trends and anomalies, and deliver insights to internal leadership and the U.S. AbilityOne Commission. The position operates with a high degree of independence and serves as a senior analytics resource for compliance reporting, data integrity, and data visualization.

How You Will Spend Your Day ...

  • Lead the ongoing analysis, validation, and quality assurance of workforce and Non-profit Agency (NPA) compliance data to support oversight of the AbilityOne Program and reporting for the U.S. AbilityOne Commission.
  • Manage the end-to-end collection of key reporting inputs, including the Quarterly Employment Report (QER) and Annual Representations and Certifications (ARC) data, by coordinating data requests, monitoring submissions, and ensuring completeness and timeliness.
  • Conduct advanced analytical work to identify trends, patterns, drivers, and data anomalies; translate findings into clear insights, risks, and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain reporting products, including dashboards, executive summaries, recurring reports, and ad hoc analyses, to support operational decision-making and compliance deliverables under the Cooperative Agreement.
  • Establish and implement data quality controls to ensure completeness, accuracy, validity, and reasonableness; investigate variances and resolve or escalate data issues to maintain reporting integrity.
  • Provide senior-level analytical consultation on data standards, reporting expectations, anomaly findings, and interpretations of analytical results.
  • Contribute to data governance and best practices in analytics by supporting documentation, metric standardization, and continuous improvement of analytical processes.
  • Participate in enterprise and departmental initiatives related to data modernization, reporting automation, system enhancements, and the development of analytics capabilities.
  • Ensure that all analytical work products are well documented, reproducible, and audit-ready, including clear documentation of assumptions, data sources, and methodologies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership and travel as required based on business needs.

Salary Range

The salary for this position falls in a range between $105,000 - $115,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree data analytics, business, economics, statistics, public administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience of relevant professional experience in data analysis, compliance, oversight, or reporting roles.
  • Experience performing advanced analysis of data in a regulated or oversightdriven environment.
  • Working knowledge of data systems and reporting platforms, including understanding how data flows across systems, how source data is transformed for reporting, and how system limitations or changes can affect outputs.
  • Ability to operate independently and apply professional judgment in complex compliance environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications ...

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with or experience supporting AbilityOne Program compliance.
  • Experience with data visualization, dashboards, and executivelevel reporting.

Work Environment

Our organization offers both a hybrid work model-where employees work in our office two to three days per week and work from home the balance of the workweek-as well as a fully remote work model, depending on the job requirements.
