Fraud Member Service Representative * * Location: Pensacola, FL Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Training 8:00 AM-4:30 PM \| Posttraining shifts between 10:00 AM-11:00 PM Looking to start a career in fraud prevention or financial services? This is an entrylevel call center role that puts you on the front lines, helping members protect their accounts and resolve fraud issues. It's fastpaced, meaningful work with training and growth potential. As a Fraud Member Service Representative (MSR), you'll take inbound calls from members who have experienced fraud on their accounts. You'll listen, problemsolve, and take action to help resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism. * * What You'll Do * Handle backtoback inbound calls in a call center environment * Support members who may be stressed or worried due to fraud * Review accounts, identify fraud activity, and take appropriate action * Use multiple computer systems and dual monitors to document and resolve cases * Provide clear, reassuring communication while following procedures Training & Schedule * Paid training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM * Training is classroom and/or virtual and designed to set you up for success * After training, shifts will fall between 10:00 AM and 11:00 PM * Must be comfortable working some evenings, weekends, and holidays What We're Looking For * Strong communication and listening skills * Ability to work in a fastpaced, highcallvolume environment * Dependable attendance and schedule flexibility * Comfort working at a computer for most of the day * Prior call center or fraud experience is a plus, but not required Why This Role Is a Great Start * Entrylevel opportunity with structured training * Meaningful work helping members feel secure * Exposure to fraud prevention and financial services * Potential for longterm growth based on performance and business needs If you're reliable, detailoriented, and interested in starting a career in fraud prevention, apply today-we'd love to hear from you. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lillian, AL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
