The Equity Asset Class Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, commercial success, andlong-termhealth of the Equity Asset Class. This leadersetsthe vision for how Equity strategies are developed, positioned, and delivered to clients, while ensuring strong alignment across Investment Groups, Product, Distribution, and Operations.The role combines deep equity investment fluency, enterprise leadership, and people development, with accountability for business outcomes, talent, andcross functionalexecution. The Equity Asset Class Leadrepresentsthe asset class internally and externally and plays a key role in shaping firmwide priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Class Strategy & Leadership

  • Set and execute thelong-termvision and strategic roadmap for the Equity asset class, aligned with firmobjectivesand client needs.

  • Provide senior leadership oversight across equity strategies, vehicles, and client segments, balancing investment excellence with commercial outcomes.

  • Serve as a key business partner to Investment Group and Sales leaders onequity relatedpriorities, risks, and opportunities.

Client & Distribution Engagement

  • Act as a senior ambassador for the Equity asset class with key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Partner with sales leaders to drive equity messaging and sales across segments.

  • Represent our equity capabilities at majorclient engagements, bringing credibility and clarity on strategy and positioning.

  • Ensure equity messaging is consistent, differentiated, and aligned with investment intent.

Investment & Product Partnership

  • Partner closely with Investment Directors and Equity Investment Groups to ensurea strongconnection between investment philosophy, strategy design, and client outcomes.

  • Overseeasset class levelproduct positioning, evolution, and prioritization in partnership with broader Product, Marketing and Distribution leaders.

  • Maintain aforward-lookingview of markets and regulatory dynamicsimpactingequities.

People & Organization Leadership

  • Lead, develop, and inspire ahigh-performingteam of senior equity sales leaders andsubject matterexperts.

  • Set clear expectations, decision rights, and accountability across the ACS Equity organization.

  • Build a strong leadership bench and succession pipeline for critical equity roles.

Cross FunctionalCollaboration & Governance

  • Drive alignment across Product, Distribution, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure scalable and compliant delivery of equity solutions.

  • Serve as a point of escalation for significantasset classissues or tradeoffs.

  • Contribute to firmwide leadership forums and strategic initiatives.

Education

  • Bachelor's degreerequired; advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred.

Base Salary Range: $305,000 - $343,000

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
