YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a Training consultant to assist clients and internal teams modernize information management solutions by delivering targeted training that improves skills, adoption, and operational efficiency

YOU ARE GREAT AT

Develop and deliver instructor-led and/or virtual training for OpenText Active Applications, including:

• Trading Grid Insights
• Supplier Hub
• Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Integration Workflows (IWF)

Design, create, and maintain tutorials and training content for additional OpenText products as needed.

Deliver training on the following enterprise and integration solutions:

• BizManager Suite
• Contivo Analyst
• General Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) concepts, standards, and best practices

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

Ensure training materials are accurate, up to date, and aligned with product functionality and customer use cases.

Adapt training delivery to meet the needs of diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical users.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Strong knowledge of OpenText Active Applications.
• Experience with OpenText legacy software platforms, including BizManager and Contivo Analyst.
• In-depth understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards, processes, and industry practices.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent college education.
• Minimum of 10 years of instructor-led training experience, including curriculum development and delivery.

• Demonstrated experience supporting and training Managed Services customers.
• Hands-on experience with on-premises software implementations and environments.
• Proven expertise within the EDI industry, including integration workflows and customer use cases.

Salary Range: $x - $x; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.

California Residents: The pay range above is a reasonable estimate of salary based on pay scale, candidate experience, skills, and education. In addition to the comprehensive benefits noted above, the role may be eligible for bonus or commissions.
