Responsibilities

This position will be a member of the finance department assisting in accounts payables and business licensing. The position is stationed at the front desk of city hall, which requires greeting visitors and directing visitors and calls to the appropriate parties.

    Processing invoices and general accounting duties.
  • Filing and general clerical work.
  • Greeting visitors to city hall and answering the phone.
  • Monitoring city services email address.
  • Other duties as assigned as appropriate for this role.


Qualifications

  • 3 years accounts payables experience.
  • General office experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
