The Manager, Operations, MC is responsible for the overall execution and performance of assigned sites and/or projects, with accountability for contract obligations, labor agreements, safety, financial performance, and talent development. This role serves as a senior operational leader and principal point of contact for customers, site leadership, and union labor representatives, while driving strategic business growth, continuous improvement, and operational excellence aligned with Day & Zimmermann values. Compensation & Benefits In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $220,017.60 - $265,241.60. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
