Lead branch performance by driving sales, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering operational excellence. This role has a direct impact on financial results, team development, and customer satisfaction. You'll grow as a leader while shaping a high-performing, service-focused branch environment.

This position requires a credit check per 12 CPR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead daily branch operations, ensuring strong performance across sales, service, and compliance objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth by prospecting new households and businesses while deepening existing relationships; with a focus on business calling/relationship building and business development efforts.
  • Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback, performance management, and hands-on leadership; including assisting coaching and developing other Bank Managers.
  • Recruit and onboard top talent, building a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven team.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and operational policies to effectively mitigate risk.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Execute strategic plans that align with branch goals and hold the team accountable for results.
  • Represent the bank in the community, building relationships and supporting local engagement initiatives.

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of demonstrated sales leadership and/or supervisory experience
  • 5+ years Progressive sales, leadership and management responsibility within a financial organization to gain the necessary experience and background to manage a branch and deal effectively with colleague and customer relations matters
  • 2+ years of Branch Management experience

Preferred:

  • Experience managing branch operations in a retail banking environment
  • Experience in banking or financial services
