Here's what we're looking for.

• Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
• Experience with ERP systems (JOMAR a plus)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage treasury functions and cash flow monitoring
• Prepare monthly financial statements and support year-end audits
• Maintain and enforce internal controls and compliance
• Oversee full-cycle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Perform journal entries, general ledger management, and account reconciliations
• Develop reports to analyze performance, track variances, and recommend improvements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Prepare management reports and assist with financing and grant applications
• Coordinate tax filings, audits, and reporting requirements
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff
