AECO: The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.

What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will be the technical architect of customer success, directly influencing the stability and scalability of Trimble Vista Cloud infrastructure while shaping the digital transformation of the construction industry.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Champion site reliability through the daily proactive review of advanced monitoring tools and AI-driven insights.

  • Build and maintain sophisticated deployment pipelines that support the complexities of global enterprise customer environments.

  • Architect infrastructure designs and implement automated solutions to eliminate manual operational tasks.

  • Act as a technical consultant for high-level escalations, performing deep-dive root cause analysis to ensure long-term system health.

  • Facilitate seamless technical onboarding for enterprise partners, aligning cutting-edge cloud solutions with their unique business objectives.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • You have 3+ years of expertise in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering within enterprise software environments.

  • You possess extensive, hands-on experience managing and scaling cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure.

  • You are proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and managing CI/CD via GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.

  • You demonstrate strong coding and scripting skills in PowerShell and Bash to drive automation.

  • You are a natural communicator who can translate complex technical details into strategic recommendations for customers.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with Trimble B2W products or similar CMS software applications. Expert-level knowledge of New Relic for advanced alerting and dashboard creation.

  • In-depth understanding of AECO industry-specific workflows and best practices.

Location: Portsmouth, NH, Westminster, CO, or Lake Oswego, OR (Onsite)

Travel Requirement: 10%

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
