Job Summary
The Customer Experience Associate - Project Support (Entry Level) role supports the Marketing team in enhancing customer engagement and overall experience at a customer center location. This position focuses on assisting with structured projects aimed at improving customer visit processes, event readiness, and retail support operations. The role provides hands-on experience in customer experience, branding, and project coordination, with clear guidance, defined deliverables, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Job Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing and evaluating current customer visit and tour processes
- Gather and organize feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the development and update of checklists, templates, and planning tools
- Prepare materials for customer visits, including welcome items, badges, and schedules
- Track visit details and assist in maintaining organized records under team guidance
- Support the organization and preparation of merchandise for events, tours, and gift kits
- Assist with inventory coordination for customer visits and high-demand periods
- Document guidelines and checklists to improve event and retail support readiness
- Participate in the execution of events and customer visits with team direction
- Assist in piloting updated processes and gathering feedback on effectiveness
- Prepare basic documentation and reference materials for project implementation
- Support coordination, follow-up activities, and communication across teams
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and customer-facing teams to support project goals
- Manage assigned tasks, timelines, and materials in alignment with project priorities
- Adjust workload as needed to support customer visits and event-related activities
Job Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently with guidance and direction
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules based on project and event needs
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Relevant coursework or ongoing education in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
Work Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or event support is helpful but not required
- Exposure to project coordination or marketing-related activities is a plus
