Growing together The Clinical Program Consultant serves as a strategic leader and trusted partner responsible for the oversight, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of vendordelivered case management programs across all lines of business. This role provides enterpriselevel leadership by ensuring programs deliver measurable clinical, financial, and operational value while aligning with organizational priorities and member outcomes. This position leads governance, drives complex program enhancements and redesigns, and translates clinical program performance insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership and crossfunctional stakeholders. The Consultant also manages highpriority, complex initiatives endtoend, partnering closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure effective execution and sustained impact. The ideal candidate brings deep managed care experience, solid project leadership capabilities, and the ability to synthesize complex clinical and operational information into concise, executivelevel communications that support enterprise goals. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
