As part of the Automation Team, you will independently design and develop AI based intelligent automation solutions in line with requirements provided by the Product team.

Responsibilities:



  • Develop test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts for both existing functionality and new features.
  • Contribute to multiple initiatives, balancing new feature development with documentation and on-time delivery.
  • Communicate status and progress in a timely manner, including sprint review reports, presentations, and planning demos for new features and MVPs.
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional meetings to strengthen collaboration within and across teams.


Required Qualifications:



  • 5-7 years of professional software development experience
  • Proficiency in **PHP** for backend development (Laravel or Symfony experience a plus) and Python
  • Strong experience with **React.js**, including hooks, component lifecycle, and state management
  • Working knowledge of **Python** for scripting, automation, or backend services
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and query optimization
  • Experience with RESTful API design and consumption
  • Familiarity with version control using Git
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with Python frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI
  • Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
