Our Northeast Division is a well-respected and award-winning group where career development, training, and mentoring co-exist with diverse civil, environmental, water resources, and traffic/transportation projects in a fast-paced and rewarding work environment.

Our Glastonbury, CT office is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our Environmental team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepareproposals for environmental projects, including technical scopes of work
Project management of CT-based environmental projects, including client communication and invoicing.
Prepare technical reports(RAPs/COIs/ GMRs)
Conduct ASTM Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments.
Collectfieldsamples of soil, soil vapor,groundwater, surface water, and drinking water.
Provide oversight ofsite investigation and characterization as well as contaminated site remediation.
Support emergency response services
Communicate and collaborate with others
Manage workloads and records
Implement health and safety policies
Meet financial-based targets.

What we're looking for:

BA/BS in Environmental Science or other related major
5+ years of relevant experience in environmental consulting or a related field
3+years of experience with CT-based regulations.
Demonstrated technical report writingproficiency.
Familiarity with CT Stormwater Regulations a plus.
Valid driver's license,good drivinghistoryand reliable transportationarerequired.
Must be available for infrequent night and weekend work .
40-hr HAZWOPER certification preferred
Familiarity with State Superfund and applicable federal and state regulations preferred.
CAD and GIS experience a plus.
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and various weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Excellent safety record and understanding of safe work practices.
Must be able to travel 40% regionally
