Senior Human Resources Project Manager
Location: El Segundo (Los Angeles) | Hybrid Company: KARL STORZ North America (KSNA) KARL STORZ North America is seeking a Senior Human Resources Project Managerto lead program and project management across the HR function. This role sits on the HR Leadership Team and is accountable for driving complex HR initiatives-from annual strategic priorities to high-impact, cross-functional programs-ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. You will partner closely with HR leaders, Global HR, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into execution, embed disciplined project management practices, and enable continuous improvement across the HR organization.
What You'll Do
- Own program and project management for all HR initiatives across KSNA, including cross-functional and global efforts
- Partner with the HR Leadership Team (HRLT) to define scope, priorities, timelines, resources, and success metrics
- Develop and maintain detailed, visible project plans, managing multiple initiatives concurrently
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively escalating issues before they impact delivery
- Drive execution as an HR subject matter expert, ensuring outcomes are practical, high-quality, and adopted
- Establish and standardize project management cadences, tools, SOPs, and SLAs across HR
- Apply change management best practices to support adoption and sustainability
- Lead post-project reviews and embed learnings into HR continuous improvement efforts
- Present project updates and progress in HRLT, monthly HR meetings, and executive forums
- Partner with the HR Workforce Analyst to support HR scorecarding and KPI tracking
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of project or program management experience
- 2+ years supporting or working within an HR function
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA required)
- PMP certification or ability to obtain within 12 months
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Teams and Planner
