Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Fulfillment Team Lead to join our team! In this role, you will help keep daily fulfillment workflow organized, prioritized, and moving in a fast-paced operation. This is a hands-on team lead position that supports the work, helps troubleshoot issues throughout the day, and serves as a key point of communication across the operation.

Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Shift: Monday - Friday|7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Your Responsibilities:

  • Organize and sort fulfillment tickets by aisle and pick location at the start of the shift so pickers are set up for the day
  • Monitor tickets as they continue printing throughout the day and keep work organized by priority and location
  • Respond to emails and day-to-day communication related to rush orders, missed orders, back orders, drop shipments, labeling needs, and other order issues
  • Support pickers throughout the day by answering questions, helping troubleshoot, and keeping workflow on track
  • Help move and restock product as needed
  • Operate a fork truck to move, stage, and put away product
  • Assist with inventory-related tasks such as counts, checks, and product verification
  • Learn shipping functions as a backup and step in where needed during coverage gaps or higher-volume periods
  • Help maintain organization, urgency, and follow-through across the fulfillment operation
  • Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

You Must Have:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day
  • Good communication skills, including comfort with email and day-to-day operational follow-up
  • Basic computer skills and comfort navigating systems such as Outlook, Teams, and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment and shift priorities as needed
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle product as part of daily operations
  • Ability to work on your feet and support a hands-on fulfillment environment
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks throughout the day

Requirements Within This Position:

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
  • Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
  • Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
  • Frequently required to move inside the facility
  • Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse, shipping, inventory, distribution, or a related environment preferred
  • Previous lead or team support experience preferred
  • Fork truck experience preferred, but training can be provided
  • Inventory experience

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $20 - $22. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
