Role Overview The GTM Engineering Intern will occupy a specialized technical role dedicated to bridging the gap between Customer Success strategy and autonomous execution. This position focuses on the design and deployment of Agentic AI-systems capable of reasoning, utilizing tools, and executing multi-step workflows with minimal human intervention. You will be responsible for moving the organization beyond simple chatbots toward "Autonomous Success Agents" that drive renewals and expansions and operational scale through sophisticated automation and the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
