DESCRIPTION OF WORK
-
In this position, you will perform manual labor at Fort Indiantown Gap. Your work will involve using hand tools, power tools, and large equipment to complete tasks around the buildings and grounds. Tasks may include assisting in landscaping activities such as maintaining grass and trees, removing weeds, and raking leaves. You will also load and unload items such as furniture and office supplies. Some of your duties will include setting up picnic areas, removing debris from roads, and assisting maintenance staff. Additionally, you will perform your work using general safety rules and report all workplace injuries or incidents immediately. Interested in learning more? - Full-time seasonal employment from April 2026 to September 2026
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Additional Requirements:
- You must be in possession of a current driver's license which is not under suspension.
- You must pass a favorable National Crime Information Center (NCIC) screening for admittance to Fort Indiantown Gap.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
