DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Community Liaison Program Specialist, you will work closely with program providers facilitating, coordinating and scheduling monthly and quarterly meetings to include Waiver Capacity Management Meetings. In this role, it is essential that you ensure compliance with all policies and requirements with agency programs. If needed, you may be expected to interpret policies and procedures to staff, families and consumers. You will play a key role in the Waiver Programs to include reviewing charts, monitoring for accuracy and analyzing programs to ensure objectives are being met. This position implements corrective actions in a timely fashion as required. You will have the opportunity to make recommendations of program improvements to ensure effective program operation. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of professional experience in the field of intellectual disabilities, and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
