This position is for Parker Hannifin's Composite Sealing Systems Division, located in San Diego (Otay Mesa), California. The standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 2:30PM - 11PM; however, may be required work overtime based on business needs. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Quality Associate III conducts visual and dimensional inspections while interacting with customer portals to manage inspection documentation and retrieve specifications. The associate independently evaluates non-conforming materials, creates certification packages, performs customer contract reviews, and acts as the customer release agent (DQR). The associate actively participates in team goals and continuous improvement initiatives, ensures efficient production flow and adherence to quality and safety standards, and maintains a safe and inclusive work environment. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Work collaboratively with team members and actively participate in High-Performance Teams (HPT), Kaizens, and other Lean initiatives to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
