  • Deliver customer facing and internal stakeholder insights (dashboards, anomaly alerts, executive scorecards) and internal decision tools that quantify value (savings, leakage, compliance, adoption, ROI)
  • Advance data science use cases across forecasting, optimization, anomaly/fraud/leakage detection, causal inference, and personalization; operationalize models with robust monitoring and A/B testing
  • Institutionalize data governance (quality, lineage, privacy/security) and champion Responsible AI; partner with Security/Compliance on controls (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR/CCPA)
  • Own portfolio execution-from discovery and design to GA and iteration-using evidence based prioritization, strong program management, and crisp executive communication with internal stakeholders, leaders and clients
  • Partner across the business to support commercial motions (value narratives, demos, analytics SLAs) and customer outcomes (adoption playbooks, benchmarks, and health KPIs)
  • Hire, grow, and mentor team members to effectively and efficiently build, deploy and scale data and insights products

About you

  • Extensive experience leading analytics/insights organizations with direct management of product team members and data science practitioners in a SaaS or data rich product context
  • Proven track record building and scaling enterprise reporting, analytics, and insights platforms/products used by external customers. Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Thoughtspot or Sigma preferred
  • Domain experience in corporate travel or spend management (e.g., T&E, procurement/AP, payments) or adjacent B2B data products
  • Deep fluency with cloud data warehousing, semantic/metrics layers, BI tooling, and experimentation; solid grasp of ML lifecycle and MLOps best practices
  • Strong product sense and storytelling; ability to translate complex analytics into simple narratives and actions for executives and customers
