Job Title: Practice Coordinator

Location(s): San Francisco, CA

Position Overview
The Practice Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients in a high-volume urgent care setting. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring efficient patient flow, and delivering a high standard of customer service while coordinating with clinical and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls.
• Perform patient check-in and check-out processes.
• Complete new patient registration and verify information.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front desk-related issues.
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff, including physicians.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Perform additional administrative and front desk duties as assigned.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced urgent care clinic.
• Patient volume: Approximately 80-120 patients per day.
• May be required to work at an alternate location:
  • Urgent Care - San Francisco, CA.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience with APeX (required).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
• Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.

Additional Information

• This is a temporary assignment with no opportunity for permanent conversion.
