Job Description

Join the Communications team trusted with promoting and protecting the reputation of a leading global automaker and mobility provider. At Stellantis, we are looking for a results-oriented storyteller who will support the North America Quality organization in developing and executing effective 360-degree communications strategies that promote the company's quality initiatives, enhance employee engagement, reinforce the organization's commitment to excellence and, ultimately, the Company's reputation. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of leveraging deep media know-how, new tactics, compelling visual assets to navigate the changing media landscape on a local and national level. "Together We Win!" is the mindset the ideal candidate will have, even in the most high-stakes moments.



Responsibilities include:



  • Provide strategic counsel and support for the North America Quality organization
  • Lead the development and implementation of communication strategies that align with the Quality organization's goals and priorities
  • Partner with product development, manufacturing and brands to anticipate and manage issues and proactively highlight quality initiatives, improvements and achievements
  • Collaborate with global counterparts to share information and best practices and leverage opportunities, while ensuring that quality messaging and content is aligned across the organization
  • Identify storytelling opportunities that enhance the company's reputation as a customer-centric organization
  • Create compelling content for both internal and external audiences (i.e., key messages, Q&A, news releases, videos, social media, etc.)
  • Work alongside the team to lead issues and crises response plans to ensure clarity, speed and credibility
  • Partner with HR and other departments to drive employee engagement around quality initiatives

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degreeinCommunications, Public Relations, MarketingorJournalism
  • 7+yearsofcombinedexperienceincommunications, journalism orpublicrelations
  • Strategic storyteller with strong media instincts and deep understanding of the auto industry
  • Excellentcommunicationskills(written,verbal,visualgraphics) with proven ability to translate technical content into clear, relatable and inspiring messages
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver open to new ideas and challenging status-quo
  • Collaborative, team player with proven ability to successfully work cross functionally
  • Strong work ethic, energetic, flexible and proactive
  • Positive attitude with ability to effectively navigate a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to create programs using measurement to guide decision making
