You Are:

UST is searching for a QA Analyst. The resource will be responsible for validating processes and data included in SaaS.

The opportunity:

* Analyze functional and technical requirements to define test scenarios.

* Design, document, and execute test cases according to acceptance criteria.

* Execute functional, regression, and integration tests.

* Manage defects with proper documentation, tracking, and closure.

* Ensure traceability between user stories, test cases, and defects.

* Coordinate with development, business, and vendor teams throughout the testing cycle.

* Participate in QA and UAT activities according to the defined process.

* Identify risks that could affect the achievement of project objectives/goals.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

* 3 to 5 years of experience as a QA Analyst.

* Strong theoretical foundation in testing best practices (ISTQB) - certification preferred.

* Mastery of formal QA processes (full testing lifecycle).

* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

* Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for testing, defect detection, and documentation.

* Solid experience with APIs and manual QA processes.

* Foundations in performance and automation (Selenium, REST Assured, Java).

* Experience in functional testing of enterprise solutions, preferably on SaaS platforms Required soft skills:

* Excellent oral and written communication skills (essential).

* Teamwork.

* Results-oriented.

* Analytical and critical thinking.

* High adaptability to changing environments.

* Time management and prioritization.

* Attention to detail.

* Ability to handle pressure in critical environments. Additional notes:

* The candidate must be highly adaptable.

* Previous experience implementing SaaS enterprise systems is a plus.

* Ability to proactively identify and escalate risks.
