Deskside Team Lead Location: Washington DC Schedule: * One Team Lead - M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Second Team Lead - M-F 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Top Skills & Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Deskside Team Lead, including: * Hands-on deskside support * Actively closing deskside tickets * Leading and managing a team of deskside resources * Candidates with Service Desk Team Lead experience will be considered only if they also have direct, hands-on Deskside Team Lead experience. * Prior military leadership experience is highly preferred * Minimum 1 year of experience providing Executive-Level/VIP support, including C-suite executives * At least 3 years of Windows desktop support experience * Windows 10/11 (Windows 7 experience acceptable if prior) * Corporate enterprise environment required * Strong current deskside client support experience with a customer-first mindset * Minimum 5 years total IT end-user support experience, including LAN/networking support in a corporate environment * Proven excellent customer service and communication skills * Must be fully COVID-19* vaccinated* Highly Desired (Not Required) * Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical environment * Experience with ServiceNow or another ITSM/ticketing platform Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Washington, DC.
