*Job Title: Customer Service Representative*
*Job Description* The Customer Service Representative accurately enters and manages customer orders in an ERP system while providing responsive, professional support to a dealer network and internal stakeholders. This role focuses on order management, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, accurate, and seamless order processing in a fast-paced environment. *Responsibilities* * Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP system and validate all order details to ensure completeness and accuracy. * Perform order validation and resolve exceptions, including pricing discrepancies and other order-related issues. * Handle order-related issues or customer complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring a professional and solution-focused approach. * Maintain accurate records of all orders, purchase orders, and order confirmations in the system. * Monitor orders throughout the process, including processing credits, cancellations, and purchase order revisions as needed. * Manage customer service issues related to returns, exchanges, and order modifications, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution. * Handle inbound customer calls and emails regarding orders, products, and services, providing clear and courteous support. * Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, finance, production, planning, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure seamless order processing. * Support and respond to dealer network inquiries (not end users), focusing on Tier 0 and Tier 1 accounts and lower-volume, non-white-glove customers. * Take on phone queue responsibilities after completing approximately 45-60 days of training. * Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and responsiveness, including processing orders within 48 hours and acknowledging emails within 48 hours. * Consistently demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism in all customer and internal interactions. * Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing information, supporting colleagues, and participating in team initiatives. *Essential Skills* * Minimum of 2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or a related field. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Hands-on ERP experience with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sightline, or similar platforms. * Familiarity with order processing systems and software, including ERP and CRM tools. * Experience in a call center or phone-based customer support environment. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally. * Comfort interacting with cross-functional teams such as sales, logistics, finance, production, planning, warehouse, and shipping. * Good verbal and written communication abilities to clearly convey information via phone, email, and messaging. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and identify appropriate solutions. * High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and documentation. * Patience, empathy, and professionalism when working with customers and internal partners. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience in supply chain, retail, or manufacturing is a plus. * Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work. * Team player who collaborates effectively in a close-knit group. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness. * Comfort working in a structured environment with performance reviews and expectations around quality and timeliness. *Why Work Here?* You will join a large, established organization that offers room to grow and opportunities to extend your engagement beyond the initial contract. Work typically follows a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time, with a standard work week of Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and occasional weekend work as needed. The position follows a hybrid model, requiring on-site presence at least two days per week, with Wednesday designated as a core on-site day. You will regularly communicate information and ideas by phone, email, and messaging while working closely with a team of approximately 25 colleagues in a collaborative environment. The organization supports a "dress for your day" attire policy, allowing you to tailor your dress to the nature of your work and meetings while maintaining a professional appearance. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
