**What you'll do:**

* 5 years developing a strategic point of view on priorities, identifying areas for improvement, and dependencies between programs to enhance user and team effectiveness.

* Lead and implement analytical efforts for broad, cross-functional projects, programs, and strategies, ensuring a direct and meaningful impact on business outcomes.

* Drive continuous improvement and optimization by developing compelling business cases and engaging with key partners.

* Design and implement measurable, scalable, and repeatable processes and tools that facilitate seamless cross-functional collaborations and handoffs.

* Proactively monitor project outcomes, providing necessary follow-ups and adjustments to ensure solutions effectively address identified issues and achieve desired results.

* Contribute to the definition, integration, and reporting of key UX metrics, establishing baselines, tracking progress, and driving cross-functional alignment to foster a user-centered development culture.

* Build systems to capture, track, and report UX impact metrics, leveraging data to influence program plans and identify gaps and opportunities.

* Drive collaboration across UX teams, managing complex working groups independently and transforming challenges into efficient organizational processes.

* Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and partner teams, understanding their goals and facilitating their achievement through strategic prioritization and collaboration.

* Scope and scale work by actively building connections and synergies with other teams and areas of expertise, ensuring effective collaboration throughout the UX product lifecycle.

* Communicate effectively in various settings, challenging appropriately, and deeply understanding the UX community's needs to add value and deliver impactful narratives and analyses.

* Ensure high-quality outcomes by following project deliverables through implementation and landings, providing follow-ups or retrospectives as needed.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in risk management.

* Demonstrated experience in UX Program, Project, or Operations management.

* Ability to manage meetings effectively.

* Strong situational leadership skills.

* Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle.

* Solid UX business acumen.

* Expertise in data analysis and synthesis for UX.

* Comprehensive industry knowledge.

* Commitment to product excellence.
